Real Estate Broker News

Indianapolis, Indiana (PRWEB) September 16, 2006 -- The Broker Auction Team is proud to announce the development of an auction education web site for persons interested in buying or selling homes at real estate auctions. While most auction sites focus on listing auctions and supporting auctioneers' associations, the [Indianapolis Real Estate Auction News http://www.realestateauctionindianap olis.com" title="http://www.realestateauctionindianap olis.com" target="_blank"http://www.realestateauctioni... focuses on posting educational information for the general consumer about auctions and the auction process.

There are many misconceptions about auctions and many people do not understand the benefits of auctions in the real estate market. Our goal is to provide a site where the average consumer can read informative articles on the auction process without the typical business website feel.
According to Bill Warfel, the Communications Manager for Broker Auction Team, "There are many misconceptions about auctions and many people do not understand the benefits of auctions in the real estate market. Our goal is to provide a site where the average consumer can read informative articles on the auction process without the typical business website feel." To that end, the site is written as a blog, the currently popular media of social networking, to avoid the commercial flavor of many websites and give the reader a chance to read, comment on and pose questions about the articles posted. The site includes a section for definition of auction terms, articles on the benefits of real estate auction and how-to articles on effective auction bidding. The site will also welcome appropriate article contributions by outside authors.

The Broker Auction Team is a dedicated group of professionals with a keen interest in the accelerated marketing process of Real Estate Auction. Although sale by auction has been widely used in this country for hundreds of years, today’s successful auction company is quite different. Gone are the days of a cowboy hat, an ad in the Sunday paper, and a big sign to bring in bidders. Under the leadership of CEO and Auctioneer Dennis Watson, Broker Auction Team employs experts in the realm of internet strategies, specific target marketing, financing consultation, creative property information packets, and 1031 tax exchanges. Believing that the use of a highly educated auction staff utilizing state-of-the-art marketing techniques is the wave of the future, Broker Auction Team employs a group of advisors that includes MBA’s, experienced business owners, and marketing professionals.

Okay. After really examining the prices on the homes I REALLY would like to buy, I have decided -- I need some way to get rich! I want a nice, big house with a huge yard... a pool... a guesthouse...

How do people afford some of these homes?
